InvoiceFormly is built privacy-first. This policy explains what we collect, where it lives, and the controls you have over your data.

Information we collect

When you create an account we store your email address and a hashed, encrypted copy of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

If you contact us, we may keep a copy of your message so we can help and follow up.

How your invoice data is stored

Free users: every invoice you create stays in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Pro users: invoice data is stored securely in a Cloudflare D1 database tied to your account, so you can sync and access it across devices.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Payment processing

Pro subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card number or PayPal credentials — payment data is handled entirely by PayPal.

Infrastructure

The service runs on Cloudflare's global network (Pages, D1, KV, R2), chosen for strong security and privacy defaults.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us. We will remove it promptly.
