Our story (Experience)

InvoiceFormly started because the existing tools were either bloated, demanded an account before you could do anything, or buried a simple PDF behind a paywall. We wanted a generator that just works: open the page, fill in the invoice, download a clean PDF.

We have shipped and sent thousands of invoices ourselves, so we know exactly where the friction is — and we removed it.

Built by people who invoice (Expertise)

Our small team combines web engineering and freelance finance experience. The product is engineered on Cloudflare's global edge (Pages, D1, KV, R2) for speed and reliability, and the billing and tax fields are designed around how freelancers and studios actually work.

We use InvoiceFormly for our own invoicing every day. If it is not good enough for us, it does not ship.

We publish our privacy and terms openly, and we never sell user data — that is the baseline, not a premium feature.

On the free tier, your invoice data never leaves your browser. On Pro, it is stored in your account on Cloudflare infrastructure that we manage carefully.

Payments go through PayPal; we never touch your card or PayPal credentials. Our policies are written in plain language, not legalese.

Our commitment
